Warranty

Elecsha Company offers a one-month warranty against any manufacturing defects, excluding misuse by the customer such as breakage, spilling water on the electrical part, or improper cleaning.

The warranty covers both within Kuwait and outside Kuwait. In case of a malfunction due to a manufacturing defect, returning the defective part is required for replacement, with the customer bearing the shipping cost.

The product is eligible for return only if it has not been used at all and there are no odors or residues of hookah tobacco on the device.

Delivery within Kuwait

We deliver within 24 hours most of time, if the order has been placed before 6 PM, the customer will receive the order in the same day.

Shipping to other Gulf Countries

You will reacive your shipment within 4 – 6 days.
